Job summary

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a fixed-term faculty member to teach Business Ethics across undergraduate and graduate programs starting January 1, 2027. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Organizational Behavior or related fields and will contribute to research and service activities.

Qualifications

• PhD (or foreign equivalent) must be completed prior to hire.
• Appointment to be as Clinical Assistant, Associate, or Professor depending on credentials.

Responsibilities

• Teach Business Ethics in undergraduate, MBA and EMBA programs.
• Engage in service activities such as committee work and mentoring.
• Contribute to research and publications in Organizational Behavior.
