Job summary

The Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks to fill one or more tenure-track positions in the Strategy & Entrepreneurship area, with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2027. Successful candidates will conduct productive research and teach across Undergraduate, MBA, PhD, and Executive Development programs.

Requirements include a PhD (or near-completion) in Strategy/Entrepreneurship or related fields, with potential for initial appointments as

Qualifications

• PhD (or foreign equivalent) in Strategy and/or Entrepreneurship or related field.
• Hired candidates with a PhD can anticipate an initial Assistant Professor appointment.
• Hired candidates with a PhD nearly completed can anticipate an initial Instructor appointment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and publish high-quality research in Strategy and/or Entrepreneurship.
• Teach in Undergraduate, MBA, PhD, and Executive Development programs.
• Contribute to the school's mission with strong scholarly and teaching impact.
