Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a skilled Maintenance Leader to drive fixed plant maintenance programs across our quarry and processing facilities in the United States. You will plan preventive and predictive maintenance, lead a team, and coordinate budgets and contractors to maximize equipment reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Lead and optimize fixed plant maintenance programs.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Develop and coach maintenance team members.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, contractors, and capital projects.
• Partner with operations teams to reduce downtime and improve plant performance.
