Job summary

Hanania Automotive Group is seeking a seasoned Fixed Operations Director to lead our GM dealership's Service, Parts, and Warranty operations in Jacksonville. This leadership role focuses on operational excellence, profitability, and a culture of accountability and development.

You will oversee all GM Fixed Operations functions, drive CSI improvements, and coach a high-performing team of advisors, technicians, and warranty staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive GM Fixed Operations leadership experience in a franchised GM dealership.
• Demonstrated success improving CSI, ELR, HPRO, and gross profit.

Responsibilities

• Lead all General Motors Service, Parts, Warranty, and Fixed Operations functions.
• Drive improvements in CSI, ELR, HPRO, technician productivity, and customer retention.
• Develop, coach, and mentor Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts personnel, Warranty Administrators, and department leaders.
• Ensure compliance with GM warranty policies and OEM operating standards.
• Partner with dealership leadership to improve operational performance and profitability.
