Job summary

Talan is seeking a Production Support professional for Credit Trading applications in NYC. You will deliver L1/L2 production support across Fixed Income trading platforms, ensuring stability and timely incident resolution.

Responsibilities include monitoring, log analysis, troubleshooting, and collaboration with traders, developers, and vendors to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Application/Production Support experience in investment banking or capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income products, pricing, risk concepts, and RFQ lifecycle.
• Experience supporting trading & risk applications; exposure to ION MarketView, Bloomberg, MarketAxess preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 production support for Fixed Income trading applications, ensuring stability.
• Monitor applications, perform troubleshooting, log analysis, and log scraping for incidents.
• Support trading, pricing, risk, analytics, and booking workflows focusing on RFQ lifecycle.
