Central Bank is hiring a Sales & Trading Representative to support the Fixed Income Trading team. You will engage institutional clients and financial advisors, provide market insights, and facilitate trade execution while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Experience is not strictly required; training will be provided as you study for required financial exams. A strong analytical mindset and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred in a related field.
• Series 52 and Series 63 licenses, or the ability to obtain within timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for fixed income products to clients and internal teams.
• Analyze market conditions and prepare offerings involving Treasuries, agencies, MBS, money market instruments, and municipal bonds.
• Monitor economic developments, market trends, and industry news to provide timely information.
• Coordinate trade allocations, order execution, and settlement for new issues and secondary market trades.
• Maintain expertise in fixed income products, trading practices, and market dynamics.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, financial advisors, broker-dealers, and industry partners.
• Manage fixed income inventory with risk management policies.
