Responsibilities

• Responsible for the profitable execution of fixed-income securities purchases and sales to satisfy the needs of investment portfolio managers and others.
• Executes buy and sell orders for fixed-income securities at prices that are advantageous; considering order size, trading supply and market conditions.
• Keeps informed of market conditions and trends to detect changes and plan actions.
• Maintains detailed records of all transactions to ensure accurate accounting.
• Maintains good relationships with brokers and negotiates prices.
• Provides information and recommendations on market trends and pricing to investment groups.
