Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in financial services or trading support is a plus.
• FINRA licenses or willingness to obtain are beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure timely settlement of fixed income trades.
• Verify trade confirmations and resolve discrepancies with clients/back office.
• Track and resolve failed trades; notify clients of issues.
• Open and maintain client accounts in Bloomberg and internal systems.
• Update account information and ensure CIP/DARQ compliance.
• Assist sales with bids, offers, and orders via phone or Bloomberg.
• Process client requests for letters, reports, and investment documentation.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and file expense reports for the sales team.
• Monitor commissions and assist with reporting.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide requested materials.
• Enter trades into Bloomberg and other internal systems.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
