Job summary

Marex is seeking a Fixed Income Operations professional in New York to support full life cycle events for fixed income products. You will work with Front Office to ensure accurate processing of credit and rates trades, monitor trades, and resolve breaks while maintaining compliance and risk controls.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a regulated financial institution, experience with Fixed Income prime brokerage, and familiarity with Pershing NetX360, Broadridge, Bloomberg TOMS, and FINRA

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a financial institution.
• Experience supporting Fixed Income trading of corporate bonds and US Treasuries.
• Understanding of Fixed Income Prime Brokerage and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Process credit and rates trading activity with Front Office.
• Monitor and resolve unaffirmed trades and settlement breaks.
• Oversee processes and drive efficiency improvements.
• Support risk controls, regulatory compliance and internal systems.
