Job summary

Marex is seeking a senior leader to run Fixed Income Operations in the US. You will supervise both in-house and outsourced teams, align with Front Office, and ensure accurate trade life-cycle management across corporate bonds and Treasuries.

The role emphasizes strong governance, regulatory reporting (TRACE), and SOX compliance, with collaboration across vendors and internal stakeholders to drive efficiency and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial services.
• At least 3 years of managing a team.
• Obtained the FINRA Series 99.
• Experience supporting Corporate Bond lifecycle.
• Experience with US treasuries cash and repo trading.
• Experience with Fedwire, DTCC clearing, and international settlements.
• Knowledge of vendor systems including Pershing NetX360, Broadridge, Bloomberg TOMS, FINRA TRACE.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Fixed Income Operations team, supervise outsourced operations (Broadridge).
• Work closely with Front Office to establish best practices and gains in efficiency.
• Review and assist with resolution of unaffirmed trades, street-side breaks and fails.
• Monitor Regulatory Trade Reporting for all Fixed Income trades (TRACE).
• Onboard new business streams and/or vendors in coordination with stakeholders.
• Serve as escalation point for all Fixed Income lifecycle events (Corporate Actions, Settlements, Fails).
• Adhere to and propose improvements to the control framework.
• Review daily controls across credit and rates vendor systems (Broadridge, Pershing NetX360).
• Increase automation and strengthen internal controls across processes.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and regulatory requirements.
