Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Trading and Sales to provide the first level of control and escalation.
• Ensure trade bookings are correctly reflected in trading risk systems and tie out with the Counterparty.
• Verify trades are booked and confirmed as intended by checking Trading system vs Morgan Stanley systems.
• Serve as intermediary between the Trading desk and other areas of the Bank, resolving issues to ensure breaks are resolved.
• Ensure current controls are followed and manage critical projects or process improvements with IT and Projects Groups.
• Analyze and break down ambiguous issues into concrete deliverables and ensure timely delivery.
• Understand risk implications of Fixed Income operations.
• Participate in the U.S. Treasury Auction process.
• Collaborate with trading desk, sales, and other operations for proper trade processing and reporting.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across the business unit.
• Assist on issues and escalate to trading desk and Operations senior management.
