Job summary

BOK Financial Wealth Management is seeking a Middle Office Analyst to support and monitor middle-office functions for accurate processing, regulatory reporting, settlement, reconciliation and control of fixed income trades.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and 2–4 years in financial services, with FINRA Series 99 or ability to pass SIE/Series 99 within one year. Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial services, operations, securities processing, trade support or 7-10 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support fixed income trading operations, settlements, reconciliations, reporting, and account maintenance activities.
• Research and resolve trade, settlement, and account issues by partnering with internal and external teams.
• Monitor regulatory reporting to ensure accurate, timely submissions and address exceptions.
• Maintain security data, account information, settlement instructions, and system records.
• Perform reconciliations between systems and address discrepancies.
• Build fixed income product knowledge while supporting system testing, procedures, and training documentation.
