Jefferies Financial Group Inc. seeks a Wealth Fixed Income Execution Desk Analyst in New York to support the fixed income operational life cycle from pre-trade to settlement.

You will assist with regulatory checks, trade matching, and client order facilitation on a riskless execution desk. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business/finance, strong Excel skills, and 2–4 years in financial services, with knowledge of Pershing NetX360 and Bloomberg.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize workflow
• 2-4 years of related in financial services experience
• Experience with Pershing NetX360, Bloomberg
• Series 7, 63 and 66
• Spanish and or Portuguese helpful

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisor teams from pre to post transaction
• Confirming and matching all fixed income transactions versus street counterparties
• Regulatory checks at start and end of each trading day
• Monitory of TRACE and MSRB web sights
• Business analysis
• Facilitating client fixed income orders
