In Asset Management, you will monitor exceptions, investigate root causes, and coordinate timely resolutions with cross-functional partners, while strengthening controls and driving efficiency through process improvements. This role emphasizes data quality and risk management.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in Operations, Product, Business Management, Data/Analytics, or a related role.
• Experience with exception processing and root-cause analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills across stakeholders.
• Understanding of fixed income life cycle and accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support creation process for public and private assets across key operational workstreams.
• Provide daily operational support to fixed income portfolio managers including securitized products.
• Coordinate with partners across fund accounting, custody, and performance teams.
• Ensure accurate capture and communication of trade details to downstream partners.
• Monitor exceptions, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and resiliency.
• Document procedures to strengthen controls and maintain offshore oversight.
• Prepare operational insights, trends, and risk reporting for stakeholders.
• Assist audits with data and timely responses.
