Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks a Functional Application Support specialist for CRD Fixed Income and Derivatives. You will diagnose issues, guide users, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver actionable feedback and robust solutions.

The role demands strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Prior CRS/EMS exposure is a plus, with a focus on quality and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Engineering/Fintech or related field.
• Knowledge of fixed income and derivatives product lifecycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to Charles River IMS or similar OMS/EMS is a plus.
• Basic SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Function as a central support representative for Fixed Income and Derivatives, translating client needs into actionable feedback.
• Provide technical support by diagnosing issues and delivering user guidance and training.
• Investigate complex technical problems, including third-party integrations, and create workarounds.
• Deliver high-quality client support with professionalism on sensitive issues.
• Adhere to established support procedures and drive process improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and resolutions.
• Support special projects and additional duties as needed.
