Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Fintech, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in financial technology with trading support, middle/back-office, or front-office trading.
• Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with Charles River IMS or similar OMS/EMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional application technical support to CRD customers in Fixed Income and Derivatives.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate client needs into feedback and solutions.
• Diagnose issues, resolve inquiries, and deliver user guidance and training.
• Investigate complex technical problems, including third-party integrations, and develop effective workarounds.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and issue resolutions.
• Support special projects and continuous process improvement.
