Responsibilities

• Function as central support for Fixed Income and Derivatives, translating client needs into feedback.
• Provide diagnostics, issue resolution, and user guidance/training to clients.
• Investigate complex technical problems including third‑party integrations and tests.
• Deliver high‑quality client support with professional handling of sensitive issues.
• Maintain documentation of interactions and resolutions; follow internal procedures.
• Support special projects and collaborate with Product and Engineering as needed.
