You will lead global engineering teams, drive cloud adoption and APIs, and apply AI to decision support while ensuring controls, resilience and measurable business

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep understanding of portfolio management workflows and front-office investment platforms.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering and technology leadership in Asset Management or Financial Services.
• Proven track record leading large-scale engineering organizations and complex platform transformation programs.
• Hands-on development with Java, Python, C++, Scala, or similar enterprise technologies.
• Experience designing and operating enterprise-scale software platforms and distributed systems.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams across engineering, architecture, quality engineering, platform engineering, and production support.
• Ability to define and execute technology strategy with senior business leaders.

Aufgaben

• Own the roadmap and technical direction for Fixed Income Cash Investment Management platforms across liquidity, portfolio construction, risk, repo, trading, and reporting.
• Lead modernization through cloud adoption, APIs, event-driven services, and data products.
• Automate cash-flow aggregation, forecasting, limit checks, allocations, and controls.
