Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in Finance, Banking, or Structured Finance at a reputable firm or financial institution.
JD from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing of NY State Bar.
Experience with distressed situations, restructurings, and LSTA/LMA loan documentation is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to work overtime as workload requires.

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate primary and ancillary finance documents for a broad range of finance transactions using LSTA and LMA frameworks.
Assist in structured finance transactions including warehouse facilities and securitization matters.
Independently manage assigned workstreams and coordinate with internal and outside counsel.
Participate in client calls and meetings, providing prompt, professional responses.
Monitor regulatory changes and advise stakeholders on potential impact on the firm.
Lead with internal clients on special projects and manage outside counsel engagements.
