The attorney will draft and negotiate finance documents, participate in structured finance transactions, manage workstreams, and interact with clients, with a focus on regulatory awareness and professional development.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Finance, Banking, or Structured Finance at a reputable firm or institution.
• Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail in complex transactions.
• Strong written and oral communication and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate finance documents (credit, security, intercreditor) using LSTA/LMA frameworks and bespoke docs.
• Assist in structured finance transactions (warehouse facilities, asset-based lending, securitization).
• Independently manage transaction workstreams and coordinate with stakeholders and outside counsel.
