Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of NY State Bar.
• 5-7 years of experience in Finance/Structured Finance at a law firm or financial institution.
• Experience with finance, banking, or structured finance transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate finance documents (credit, security, intercreditor) using LSTA/LMA frameworks.
• Assist in execution of structured finance transactions (warehouse facilities, asset-based lending, securitization).
• Manage assigned workstreams and coordinate with deal teams and outside counsel.
• Participate in client calls/meetings and respond to client requests promptly.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise internal stakeholders.
