Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or two years of college preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience required; 3–4 years preferred.
• Valid CA driver’s license with insurability; forklift certification required.
• Proficiency with Email, MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct Fixed Crew ambassadors; provide coaching and direction to staff.
• Achieve department goals and objectives.
• Complete department administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Approve payroll according to laws and regulations.
• Coordinate product movement and communication with all sites and Dispatch.
