Hillsborough College in the United States seeks a Financial Services Manager II for Fixed Assets to oversee the College’s fixed assets within the Workday ERP, ensuring compliance with GASB, state accounting, and federal rules.

You will lead asset capitalization, depreciation, inventory, and reporting for the AFR, audits, and internal controls, coordinating with Accounting, Purchasing, Facilities, and asset custodians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• At least seven years of related work experience.
• Experience with fixed asset accounting preferred.
• Ability to communicate financial information verbally and in writing.
• Experience with Workday Financials strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Grants dept and ensure compliance with federal rules.
• Manage accounting and financial services for daily operations.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Maintain fixed asset records and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with departments and committees.
• Assist with annual financial reporting and audits.
