Responsibilities

• Process, audit, and reconcile capital asset transactions, including investments in plant, projects, donations, and asset retirements.
• Bi-monthly reconciliations of asset activity between the fixed asset subledger and general ledger with audit support.
• Audit and reconcile annual inventory data, train staff, and ensure policy compliance.
• Audit and reconcile dispositions and transfers for equipment valued $5,000+ within asset systems.
• Support implementation and ongoing improvements of Workday, AiM, and related asset management applications.
