CRH Americas Materials is seeking a detail-oriented Fixed Assets Analyst to join our Record-to-Report (R2R) team. You will manage fixed asset transactions, reconciliations, and month-end closings with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Collaborating with localized operating companies, you will prepare asset depreciation, capitalization, and financial statements, while ensuring GAAP compliance and robust internal controls.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
• Minimum 3 years in finance/accounting roles.
• At least 2 years of SAP experience in a shared services environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage fixed asset transactions and month-end close.
• Prepare asset reporting, depreciation, and capitalization.
• Reconcile fixed asset ledger with general ledger.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure accuracy.
