Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking a Manager, Fixed Asset Accounting to lead the day-to-day operations of the Fixed Asset and Projects accounting team. You will ensure accurate GAAP reporting and collaborate with operations, IT, tax and finance to drive reliable financial results.

The role requires strong attention to detail, strong communication, and a focus on continuous process improvement within a dynamic energy company. This position is based in Brentwood, TN.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Proficient with Fixed Assets & Projects in ERP.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and meet multiple project deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fixed Assets and Projects accounting team to ensure accurate GAAP reporting.
• Oversee monthly roll-forwards, fixed asset additions and disposals.
• Coordinate reconciliations and maintain uniform standards across teams.
• Adhere to capitalization policies and relevant accounting guidance.
• Facilitate internal and external audits, including SOX controls.
• Collaborate with operations, capital projects, IT, tax and shared services.
