Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field required.
• Two years' experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace abilities required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with annual audit of financial statements and annual compliance audit for the Children's Center.
• Maintain Fixed Asset reporting in Sage Fixed Asset system (FAS) and quarterly roll-forward schedules.
• Review and approve daily AP batches and coding of Fixed Asset acquisitions.
• Oversee and maintain lease reporting in compliance with ASC 842 and CSU guidelines.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and support bank reconciliation processes.
