Qualifications
1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably with a focus on fixed assets.
Solid understanding of US GAAP (or IFRS if applicable) and internal control practices.
Experience with fixed asset accounting systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update the fixed asset subledger in accordance with company policy.
Record asset acquisitions, transfers, and disposals with appropriate documentation.
Calculate and record depreciation expenses and reconcile to their general ledger.
Conduct periodic physical inventory audits of fixed assets.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
