Qualifications

• FIX protocol expertise and electronic trading workflows (DMA, Algorithmic Trading, IOIs).
• Unix/Linux proficiency; SQL and APIs for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, firewalls, connectivity tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; translate complex tech for non-tech stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving with a client-first mindset; perform under pressure.
• Experience managing multiple onboarding projects in a fast-paced front-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding for clients across DMA, high-touch, program trading, and Algorithmic Trading platforms.
• Perform FIX certification testing to ensure client systems meet firm specs and exchange requirements.
• Coordinate setup of network paths, firewalls, VPNs, and dedicated lines; troubleshoot as needed.
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for Sales, Trading Desks, and external vendor teams.
• Provide Level 2 support; analyze FIX engine logs and network captures to resolve production issues.
• Develop or improve internal tools and automated testing frameworks for onboarding.
