Qualifications

• Experience as a Five9 Support Engineer or similar in cloud-based contact center environments.
• Strong background in SIP, call routing, integrations, and enterprise contact center technologies.
• Familiarity with Five9 administration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the Five9 Cloud Contact Center platform.
• Monitor platform uptime, performance, and voice quality.
• Diagnose and resolve voice, SIP, routing, and call-flow issues.
• Configure and support Five9 users, agents, campaigns, queues, and skills.
• Manage IVR workflows and call-routing strategies.
• Support dial plans and call treatment logs.
• Collaborate with customers, carriers, network teams, and internal engineering.
