Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Fremont, Wisconsin, is seeking a Housekeeper-3 to keep our resort properties clean and guest-ready.

You will clean offices, clubhouses, cabins, and rentals, stock supplies, and assist maintenance and guest services to ensure a five-star experience for guests. Qualifying candidates typically have 1–3 years of housekeeping experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in a housekeeping role.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Organizational skills and attention to details.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Willing and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Clean resort office, clubhouse, public access areas and models by mopping, dusting, vacuuming and removing trash.
• Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests.
• Keep rentals and common areas clean and maintained to resort standards.
• Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns for repairs in common areas, vacant or rental homes to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance staff and other staff as needed.
• Assist with cleaning up resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner and with patience and concern.
• Solve guest-related problems with a positive attitude.
• Drive a motorized vehicle to run errands and/or pick up supplies as needed.
• Work closely with management to maintain open communications and team coordination.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
