Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in South Beach, Oregon is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to keep our resorts clean and welcoming for guests. You will service offices, clubhouses, public areas and cabins to ensure a five-star experience.

This role requires 1–3 years of housekeeping experience, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability on weekends and holidays. You will maintain supplies, assist maintenance, and contribute to outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort office, clubhouse, public areas and models as directed.
• Clean cabins and rentals for new guests.
• Maintain rentals and common areas to standard.
• Track cleaning supply inventory and request refills.
• Report maintenance concerns to Resort Manager or Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance staff and other team members as needed.
• Assist with resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
• Respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Resolve guest problems with a positive attitude.
• May drive a motorized vehicle to run errands or pick up supplies.
• Work with management to stay coordinated and integrated.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
