Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain clean and tidy resort offices, clubhouses, cabins and rentals, ensuring a five-star guest experience. You will manage cleaning tasks, inventory, and assist with guest inquiries while coordinating with Resort Manager and Maintenance staff.

The role requires 1–3 years in housekeeping, knowledge of cleaning products, and a valid driver’s license. Lifting up to 50 pounds and weekend/holiday availability are expected.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean the resort office, clubhouse, public areas and models, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming and trash removal.
• Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests.
• Maintain rentals and common areas to company standards.
• Track cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance staff and other staff as needed.
• Assist with cleaning up resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner with patience and concern.
• May drive a motorized vehicle to run errands or pick up supplies.
