Equity LifeStyle Properties is hiring for a Housekeeper-3 in Fremont, Wisconsin. Our housekeepers ensure clean, tidy resorts to provide guests with a five-star experience and support maintenance and guest services in a busy resort setting.

The role involves cleaning offices, clubhouses, cabins, rentals, common areas, and assisting with resort activities. Weekend and holiday work may be required; a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent is required.
• One to three years of housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort office, clubhouse, public areas and models as directed (mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal).
• Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests.
• Maintain rentals and common areas to standards.
• Track cleaning supply inventory and request refills.
• Report maintenance concerns to Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance staff and other staff as needed.
• Assist with cleaning up resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Resolve guest-related problems with a positive attitude.
• May drive a motorized vehicle to run errands or pick up supplies.
• Maintain open communication with management and ensure team integration.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
