Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Willis, Texas is hiring a Housekeeper to ensure our resorts are clean and ready for five-star experiences.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, clubhouses, cabins, rentals, and common areas, maintaining inventories, and assisting maintenance staff as needed. The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of housekeeping experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in a housekeeping role.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort office, clubhouse, public areas, and models (mop, dust, vacuum, trash).
• Clean cabins and rentals for new guests.
• Maintain rentals and common areas to standards.
• Track cleaning supplies and request refills.
• Report maintenance concerns to Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance and other staff as needed.
• Assist with cleaning up resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Resolve guest-related problems with a positive attitude.
• Occasionally drive a motorized vehicle to run errands or pick up supplies.
• Coordinate with management to keep communications open across the team.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
