Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Tucson, AZ is looking for a full-time Housekeeper to keep resort offices, clubhouses, cabins, and rentals clean for a five-star guest experience. You will maintain common areas, inventory supplies, and assist with guest needs and events.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years in housekeeping, knowledge of cleaning products, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend/holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• One to three years of housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort office, clubhouse, public areas, and model units by mopping, dusting, vacuuming and trash removal.
• Prepare cabins and rentals for new guests and maintain common areas.
• Track cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance and other staff, and support resort-sponsored events.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally; resolve guest issues with a positive attitude.
• Possibly drive a motorized vehicle to run errands or pick up supplies.
