Job summary

The role demands attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You should have 1–3 years of housekeeping experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Organizational skills and attention to details.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort office, clubhouse, public access areas and models as directed.
• Clean cabins and rentals for new guests.
• Maintain rentals and common areas to standards.
• Track cleaning supply inventory and request refills.
• Report maintenance concerns to Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance staff and other staff as needed.
• Assist with cleaning up guest activities and functions.
• Respond to guest inquiries professionally and timely.
• Resolve guest-related problems with a positive attitude.
• May drive a motorized vehicle to run errands or pick up supplies.
• Work with management to ensure open communications and coordination.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
