Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Las Vegas, NV, is hiring a Housekeeper to clean resort offices, clubhouses, and model homes, and to prepare cabins for new guests. You will maintain rentals and common areas, manage supplies, and assist maintenance staff as needed.

Strong guest service and reliability are essential in this role. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of housekeeping experience, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• One to three years of housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Organizational skills and attention to details.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean the resort office, clubhouse, public areas and model homes by mopping, dusting, vacuuming and trash removal.
• Prepare cabins and rentals for new guests and maintain rentals and common areas to standards.
• Track cleaning supplies and request refills as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance and other staff as needed and support guest activities.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner and with patience.
