Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking a Housekeeper-2 in New Holland, PA to ensure our resort areas remain clean and inviting for guests. Responsibilities include cleaning offices, clubhouses, cabins, and rentals, maintaining supplies, and assisting maintenance and guest services as needed.

The role requires 1–3 years of housekeeping experience, knowledge of cleaning products, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, outdoors/indoors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort offices, clubhouse, public areas, and model homes as directed (mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash).
• Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests.
• Maintain rentals and common areas to standard; track cleaning supplies.
• Report maintenance concerns to Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance staff and others as needed; support guest activities and functions.
