Job summary

The Little Nell is seeking a skilled Cook to join Aspen's premier ski-in/ski-out luxury hotel. You will prepare and cook items to exacting standards, follow recipes, and support all kitchen operations under the Executive Chef. The role supports service across stations and maintains a clean, safe work environment.

Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $28.00 per hour, with consideration of experience. This is a seasonal full-time position reporting to the Executive Chef, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of food preparation experience required.
• ServSafe or similar food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and Chef specifications.
• Follow daily prep lists to ensure items are ready for service.
• Set up, operate, and break down assigned stations (sauté, grill, roast).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
