Job summary

Aspen Hospitality, a division of Aspen One, seeks a Cook II at The Little Nell in Aspen to prepare and cook menu items following recipes and safety standards. The role reports to the Chef de Cuisine and emphasizes cleanliness, timely service, and high-quality presentation.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of food preparation experience required.
• ServSafe or similar food safety course certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment; participate in pre/post shift cleaning and organization.
• Prepare and serve food items according to recipes and chef specifications.
• Follow daily prep lists to ensure items are ready for service.
• Assist with storage of food deliveries and inventory checks.
• Report problems with food, equipment or work area to a Chef/Sous Chef.
• Work a food station during service with possible guest interaction.
