FirstService Residential is seeking a Resident Relations Specialist/Front Desk to support the GM and Resident Relations Supervisor. The role delivers warm, five-star service to residents and guests, manages inquiries, coordinates access, and administers logbooks and Connect software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Identifies and clarifies residents' expressed and unexpressed needs, answers questions and provides directions professionally.
• Answers the telephone within two rings with proper salutations and etiquette.
• Takes, records and relays messages accurately and legibly.
• Documents information in resident logbooks during shifts.
• Manages package distribution and logs in Connect.
• Monitors access points and reports suspicious activity for resident safety.
• Follows up on tasks and requests to ensure completion.
• Attends meetings as required by GM or Board.
