Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Resident Relations Specialist for a swing shift in San Francisco. The role emphasizes five-star service, resident satisfaction, and seamless hospitality support under the direction of management.

You will handle concierge functions, act as the interface for residents, and ensure documentation and safety standards across building systems. Strong communication and hospitality background are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Resident Services or Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn internal software.

Responsibilities

• Identify resident needs and provide professional direction and instructions.
• Answer calls promptly and maintain proper phone etiquette.
• Document information in resident logs and manage messages accurately.
• Supervise package distribution and log activity in Buildinglink.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to ensure safety.
• Coordinate with vendors and enforce HOA rules and procedures.
• Assist with move-in inquiries and emergency readiness.
