• Two to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.
• Explain and interpret operating rules of house to patrons requesting information.
• Verify jackpot payout according to MICS (d) standards and record transactions.
• Requisition supplies and materials; manage cash handling and change for customers.
• Record amounts received and prepare reports of transactions; monitor cash on hand.
• Work with finance and other departments following in-house policies and procedures; assist with events as needed.
