Spotlight 29 Casino is hiring for a food & beverage teammate responsible for selling, preparing, and serving items to guests with a Five Star Experience. You will take orders, process payments, and ensure quality and presentation per recipes while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires delivering exceptional service, supporting teammates, and complying with tribal and internal policies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent highly preferred.
Must pass periodic random drug screens.
Must be able to pass background suitability investigation.
Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License.
Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.

Responsabilités

Provide outstanding customer service to guests and employees by exceeding the mission statement.
Deliver a Five Star Experience by embodying the Service Promise: Welcoming, Proactive, Seamless, Personalized and Valued.
Take and process food and beverage orders; handle payments via POS (cash, credit, comps, discounts).
Perform cashier duties following SOPs.
Prepare, cook and serve various food items while adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Maintain clean, organized work area and stocking per par levels.
Monitor product quality and freshness; rotate stock as needed.
Assist with training and share knowledge with team members.
