Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience is required.
• Front desk or hotel experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Accurate data entry into computer systems is needed.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick, clear decisions.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs per Omni’s SOPs.
• Empathetically listen to guest inquiries and respond appropriately.
• Set up guest accounts according to preferences (room type, payment).
• Block rooms in the system and manage room changes expediently.
• Communicate guest needs to relevant departments and follow up for guest satisfaction.
