Job summary

Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver a warm five-star welcome and departure experience. You will serve as an ambassador, share information about the resort and local area, and facilitate upscale amenities for guests during their stay.

Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, resolving issues, and coordinating with Concierge, Bell-Door, and Ideal Services teams to ensure a memorable visit.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-focused hospitality or service environments.
• Strong verbal and written English communications.
• Ability to input guest information accurately into computer systems.
• Experience supporting multiple hotel departments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out per SOPs.
• Engage with guests to provide information about resort amenities and local area.
• Set up guest accounts including room type and payments.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
