Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts in Scottsdale seeks a Front Desk Agent to greet guests with five-star service, check them in/out, and promote resort amenities. You will work closely with Concierge and Bell/Door teams, handle guest requests, resolve issues, and maintain accurate folios while safeguarding guest confidentiality.

Strong English communication, cash handling, and prior guest service experience are preferred; bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Clear, courteous English communication.
• Accurate data entry into computer systems.
• Ability to work with others in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong math skills for guest folio settlements.
• Stand for the full shift and maintain professionalism.
• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Foreign language fluency preferred.
• Cashier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs per SOP.
• Listen empathetically to guest inquiries and respond appropriately.
• Set up guest accounts according to preferences (room type, payment).
• Block rooms in the system and manage reservations.
• Pre-register designated guests and prepare key packets.
• Communicate guest information to relevant departments.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information.
• Manage folios, charges, and adjustments per Omni standards.
• Maintain guest history files and assist with room changes.
• Document guest requests and follow up for satisfaction.
