Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Luxury hospitality industry experience required; five-star preferred.

• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Forbes Five-Star quality service and standards.
• Keep the restaurant clean with impeccable table settings.
• Demonstrate a high level of wine pairings knowledge.
• Train staff on Cocktail Menu and wines daily with the Director.
• Engage guests with current events and conversations.
• Provide timely, efficient service aligned with standards.
• Promote the Company's service excellence pillars and professionalism.
• Represent the Company with a positive attitude and appearance.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and related practices.
• Perform additional duties as required.
