Qualifications

• Self-starter with motivation to engage guests.
• Experience in food and beverage service is a plus.
• Commitment to following established standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time, neatly groomed and in a clean uniform.
• Prepare dining room for service and set tables with correct settings.
• Maintain a passing score on food and beverage tests.
• Serve food and beverage items per prescribed procedures.
• Monitor diners' satisfaction and anticipate needs.
• Reset tables as needed and collect guest checks with full information.
• Learn regular guests' names and recognize them personally.
• Attend scheduled employee meetings and offer improvement ideas.
• Other duties as directed by the Manager.
